Made to order

Each item is made for you, after payment has been confirmed, by one of our print-on-demand partners. This approach avoids stock and unsold goods. Production generally takes 2 to 7 working days, after which the item is handed over to the carrier.

Destinations and delivery times

We deliver to: France métropolitaine, Belgique. The total delivery time depends on the item, the workshop and the destination; it is generally 5 to 15 working days. Unless otherwise stated when you order, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order. An order for several items may arrive in several parcels, with tracking where available.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery charges are calculated according to your items and your address, and are displayed before payment. As some items may be shipped from outside the European Union, import charges may be payable on delivery; see section 3 of the terms of sale.

A problem with your parcel?

Damaged, defective or wrong item, or lost parcel: email us at contact@sawa.site with your order reference and photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Let us know by email, then return the item unworn and unwashed within the following 14 days, at your own cost, to: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB, Royaume-Uni. We will refund you no later than 14 days after your request (at the earliest once we have received the item or proof that it has been sent). Details and form: right of withdrawal.
